Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Sweet Potatoes

  • White Potatoes

  • Vegetable Oil

  • Seasoning: Chili Powder, Garlic & Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper, Paprika

Instructions:

  1. Cut white potatoes and sweet potatoes into cubes.

  2. Add vegetable oil to a frying pan.

  3. When the frying pan is hot, add the sweet potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes.

  4. Add the white potatoes.

  5. Add all of the seasonings.

  6. Cook for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender.

  7. Serve with a fried egg.
