Catfish Po’ Boy

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Catfish

  • Buttermilk

  • Cornmeal

  • Oil

  • French Bread or Roll

  • Seasonings: Cajun Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Season the catfish with cajun seasoning

  2. Set up a dredging station:

    1. Buttermilk with seasoning and hot sauce

    2. Cornmeal with seasoning

  3. Dip the catfish in buttermilk and cornmeal

  4. Fry until golden brown

Reumalade Sauce

  1. Mayo, mustard, Creole Seasoning, paprika, pickle juice, hot sauce, garlic

  2. Toast the bread, add remoulade sauce, and then catfish, lettuce, and tomato.
