Kale Dip & Argyle Chardonnay
Ingredients
What you need:
2 cups of chopped fresh kale
Shredded Cheese: Gouda, Cheddar, Gruyere, Parmesan, Mozzarella (about 1 cup of each)
Softened Sour Cream (1/2 cup)
Softened Cream Cheese (1/2 cup)
Seasonings: Garlic Powder, Pepper
Shrimp - Optional
Instructions:
Cook chopped kale for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, add gouda, cheddar, gruyere, and kale.
Mix in sour cream, cream cheese, and seasonings.
Put the dip in a greased baking dish.
Top with parmesan and mozzarella
Bake, covered at 375 for 12 minutes
Cook shrimp halfway and add to the dish.
Cook for another 10 minutes or until the top is brown and bubbly.
Serve with crackers with baguette.
