Caesar Shrimp Po Boy

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Shrimp

  • Romaine Lettuce

  • Parmesan Cheese

  • Small sub roll

Ceasar Dressing

  • Combine - Anchovies, dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, 1 egg yolk and salt and pepper.

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the Caesar dressing ingredients and set aside.

  2. Grill the shrimp for a minute or 2 on each side.

  3. Toss the shrimp in the Caesar dressing.

  4. On a toasted roll, layer Romaine lettuce and shrimp.

  5. Top with parmesan cheese and crushed croutons,.
