Shrimp Eggrolls
Ingredients
What you need:
Eggroll Wraps. I used Nasoya vegan eggless wraps.
Cabbage
Carrots
Shrimp
Soy Sause or Coconut Aminos
Fish Sauce
Sesame Oil
Instructions:
Shred/slice the cabbage and carrots
Add sesame oil to frying pan or wok
Add shrimp, carrots, and shrimp to the pan
Add fish sauce and coconut aminos.
Cook until slightly tender and shrimp are cooked through.
Lay the eggroll wraps flat. Add the filling and fold.
Fry or air fry the eggrolls until crispy.
