What you need:

Instructions:

  1. Shred/slice the cabbage and carrots

  2. Add sesame oil to frying pan or wok

  3. Add shrimp, carrots, and shrimp to the pan

  4. Add fish sauce and coconut aminos.

  5. Cook until slightly tender and shrimp are cooked through.

  6. Lay the eggroll wraps flat. Add the filling and fold.

  7. Fry or air fry the eggrolls until crispy.
