Vegan Pasta

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Pasta

  • Carrots

  • Jalapenos

  • Onions

  • Garlic

  • Spinach

  • Tomato Sauce

  • Milk

  • Broth

  • Spices (Salt, Pepper, Cayenne, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Garlic Onion Herb

  • Optional Tofu or Beyond/Impossible Meat

Instructions:

  1. Boil and salt a pot of water. Add pasta and cook until al dente.

  2. Slice the top of a head of garlic. Roast garlic until dark brown.

  3. Chop veggies or use the food processor.

  4. Squeeze roasted garlic and squeeze out the soft center.

  5. In a pan, add garlic, olive oil, and tofu (or any meatless option).

  6. Add all the spices. Cook for a few minutes.

  7. Add broth, milk, and tomato sauce. Cook down for 20 minutes.

  8. Fold in pasta and serve.
