Vegan Pasta
Ingredients
What you need:
Pasta
Carrots
Jalapenos
Onions
Garlic
Spinach
Tomato Sauce
Milk
Broth
Spices (Salt, Pepper, Cayenne, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Garlic Onion Herb
Optional Tofu or Beyond/Impossible Meat
Instructions:
Boil and salt a pot of water. Add pasta and cook until al dente.
Slice the top of a head of garlic. Roast garlic until dark brown.
Chop veggies or use the food processor.
Squeeze roasted garlic and squeeze out the soft center.
In a pan, add garlic, olive oil, and tofu (or any meatless option).
Add all the spices. Cook for a few minutes.
Add broth, milk, and tomato sauce. Cook down for 20 minutes.
Fold in pasta and serve.
