Steak & Potatoes
Ingredients
What you need:
Lamb shoulder steaks
1 potato
Balsalmic vinegar
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Mandoline
Cast iron or backing dish
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Whisk together.
Pour the balsamic blend over the steaks and marinate overnight or at least 8 hours.
For the potatoes, use a mandoline or sharp knife to slice the potato very thin.
Butter the cast iron and layer the potatoes in a circular motion. one should overlap the other.
When the dish is completely covered, bake or air fry for 20-30 minutes.
Remove the steaks from the marinade and let dry. Heat a non-stick pan or cast iron and sear your lamb. 5-8 minutes on both sides.
Serve with fried eggs for brunch.
