Ingredients

What you need:

  • Swordfish

  • Broccolini (Regular broccoli works too)

  • Orecchiette Pasta (Any type of short pasta will work)

  • Butter

  • Olive Oil

  • Herbs

  • Salt

  • Grill or grill pan

Instructions:

  1. Lay out the swordfish steaks and season with salt and olive oil.

  2. The grill or pan should be hot. Grill the steaks for 3-5 minutes on both sides.

  3. Remove the steaks and add the broccolini to the pan. Season the broccolini with salt and olive oil.

  4. In another pan, add butter and herbs. I used fresh basil. Once butter melts, set aside.

  5. Boil your pasta until al dente. Add the pasta to the herbed butter. Make sure the pasta is coated. Add salt if needed.

  6. Save butter sauce extra sauce to pour over the swordfish.
