Potato Crusted Cod
Ingredients
What you need for the salad:
Filleted Cod
2 Large Potatoes
Olive Oil
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Grater
Old Bay Seasoning
Instructions:
Use the grater to shred the potatoes. Use a cheese cloth or towel to squeeze all the moisture out. Set aside on dry towels.
Combine 2 table spoons of mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl and mix.
Spread the mayo/mustard on the cod.
On one side the cod, pack on a thin layer of grated potatoes. Turn the cod over and repeat.
Season the cod with Old Bay
Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a frying pan.
Fry the cod for 4-5 minutes on both sides or until golden brown.
