Curry Goat
Ingredients
What you need:
Goat meat
1-2 large Potatoes
Brown Rice
1 Can of Kidney Beans
1/2 Yellow Onion
1 Green Onion
Curry Powder
Pepper Sauce
Green Sauce
Coconut Milk
Grapeseed Oil
Broth
A crock pot would be ideal
Instructions:
Green Sauce - Blend the following: Cilantro, yellow onion, green onion, garlic, ginger, pepper sauce, & grapeseed oil.
Massage the goat meat with green sauce, curry powder, and pepper sauce. Marinate overnight.
In a large pot, add grapeseed oil.
Add the goat meat and brown on both sides.
Add more curry powder and pepper sauce.
Slowly pour chicken broth over the goat meat.
Cook for about 30 minutes and add potatoes.
Cook on low for another 30 minutes.
Rice and Beans
Add 1 cup and 1/2 cup of coconut milk to a pot. Add brown rice. Cook until al dente. (Rice times vary depending on the type)
Chop onions and cook in grapeseed oil for about 5 minutes.
Add kidney beans. Season to taste. I added a little pepper sauce.
Combine the rice and beans.
Serve on the side of the goat.
