Grilled Duck & Potatoes

Ingredients

What you need:

Duck Fat Potatoes

  • Duck

  • Potatoes

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Wash the duck with water and lemon juice.

  2. Let dry and rub with olive oil and salt.

  3. Heat your grill to 250°-300°

  4. Put the duck on a baking sheet or cast iron directly on the grill.

  5. Cook for 1.5-2 hours. This depends on your grill.

  6. Cut 4-5 potatoes. Parboil them for 14 minutes. Set aside.

  7. When the duck is done, remove the duck from the pan.

  8. There should be a good amount of melted duck fat in the pan. Slowly add the potatoes to the plan. Season with salt and pepper.

  9. Cook potatoes for 20 minutes.

  10. Slice the duck and serve over the potatoes.
