Rotisserie Chicken
Ingredients
What you need:
1 Young Chicken
Air fryer. The rotisserie feature is optional.
Salt
Olive Oil
Side Pasta
Broccolini
Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
Brine a young chicken in water, salt, and garlic. Make sure the brine covers the whole chicken. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Remove the chicken from the brine and let dry. Massage with olive oil and salt.
Place chicken in air fryer. Cook at 400° for 45 minutes - 1 hour, depending on the size.
Side Pasta
In a small pot, boil the pasta for about 5 minutes.
Chop broccolini and add to a frying pan with olive oil.
When pasta is al dente, remove it from the water and add it straight to the pan with broccolini.
Add salt and pepper and a little pasta water.
Sprinkle with parmesan.
