Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients

What you need:

  • 1 Young Chicken

  • Air fryer. The rotisserie feature is optional.

  • Salt

  • Olive Oil

Side Pasta

Instructions:

  1. Brine a young chicken in water, salt, and garlic. Make sure the brine covers the whole chicken. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

  2. Remove the chicken from the brine and let dry. Massage with olive oil and salt.

  3. Place chicken in air fryer. Cook at 400° for 45 minutes - 1 hour, depending on the size.

Side Pasta

  1. In a small pot, boil the pasta for about 5 minutes.

  2. Chop broccolini and add to a frying pan with olive oil.

  3. When pasta is al dente, remove it from the water and add it straight to the pan with broccolini.

  4. Add salt and pepper and a little pasta water.

  5. Sprinkle with parmesan.
