Ingredients
What you need:
Lamb Shanks
Cabbage
Carrots
Potatoes
Broth
Instructions:
In a slow cooker or dutch oven, add lamb shanks, carrots, and potatoes.
Cover with broth and water.
While cooking, cut the cabbage into wedges.
Cook for about 3 hours and
Add cabbage and cook for about 30 minutes.
The lamb and veggies should be tender with some texture.
