Lamb & Cabbage

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Lamb Shanks

  • Cabbage

  • Carrots

  • Potatoes

  • Broth

Instructions:

  1. In a slow cooker or dutch oven, add lamb shanks, carrots, and potatoes.

  2. Cover with broth and water.

  3. While cooking, cut the cabbage into wedges.

  4. Cook for about 3 hours and

  5. Add cabbage and cook for about 30 minutes.

  6. The lamb and veggies should be tender with some texture.
