Salmon Wellington
Ingredients
What you need:
Salmon
Puff Pastry or Filo Dough
Kale
Feta
Egg Wash
Instructions:
Cut the salmon into desired sizes.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Sear the salmon on both sides. Set aside to cool.
Chop kale and add to a pan with olive oil and feta cheese.
Once the kale is cooked, set aside to cool.
On a flat surface, spread 4 sheets of filo dough on top of one another. Make sure the size aligns with the salmon. Trim if needed.
Brush egg wash between each filo dough sheet.
Spread the kale mixture on the filo in the middle of the filo dough sheets. Add the salmon on top of the kale.
Tightly roll the filo dough.
Place on a baking sheet with the seam down.
Bake or air fry for 15-20 minutes.
Rest before cutting. Serve as an appetizer or main course.
