Turkey Curry

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Cooked Turkey

  • Potatoes

  • Curry Powder

  • Habanero Pepper

  • Broth

  • Salt and pepper.

Instructions:

  1. Chop 1-2 potatoes and about a cup of cooked turkey.

  2. Add broth to a large pan and add potatoes.

  3. Add curry powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.

  4. Put one habanero pepper in the pan. Remove after 10-15 minutes if you’d like to control the heat.

  5. Add the turkey.

  6. Cook for about 30 minutes.

  7. Serve over jasmine rice.
