Malbec and Meatballs

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Ground Turkey

  • Breadcrumbs

  • Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • Chopped Jalapeño

  • 1 egg

  • Smoked Mozzarella

  • Seasonings - Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne, Salt & Pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, add ground turkey, breadcrumbs, jalapeño, egg, and Parmesan.

  2. With a spoon or your hands, fold the ingredients together and add seasonings.

  3. Form the meatballs with a dimple in the middle. Add a cube of mozzarella. Form the meatball to cover the cheese.

  4. In a frying pan, add olive oil. Sear on all sides. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.

  5. Serve with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.
