Malbec and Meatballs
Ingredients
What you need:
Ground Turkey
Breadcrumbs
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Chopped Jalapeño
1 egg
Smoked Mozzarella
Seasonings - Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne, Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
In a large bowl, add ground turkey, breadcrumbs, jalapeño, egg, and Parmesan.
With a spoon or your hands, fold the ingredients together and add seasonings.
Form the meatballs with a dimple in the middle. Add a cube of mozzarella. Form the meatball to cover the cheese.
In a frying pan, add olive oil. Sear on all sides. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.
Serve with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.
