Ingredients

What you need:

  • Garbanzo Beans (dry only) DO NOT use canned garbanzo beans.

  • Cilantro

  • Jalapeno

  • Seasonings: Cayenne, Cumin, Salt & Pepper.

Instructions:

  1. Soak the garbanzo beans in water overnight for at least 8 hours.

  2. Drain and let the beans dry.

  3. In a food processor, add cilantro, jalapeno, and seasonings.

  4. Make patties or balls.

  5. Fry until nice and brown.
