Ingredients
What you need:
Garbanzo Beans (dry only) DO NOT use canned garbanzo beans.
Cilantro
Jalapeno
Seasonings: Cayenne, Cumin, Salt & Pepper.
Instructions:
Soak the garbanzo beans in water overnight for at least 8 hours.
Drain and let the beans dry.
In a food processor, add cilantro, jalapeno, and seasonings.
Make patties or balls.
Fry until nice and brown.
