Lamb Lassagna

Ingredients

  • Ground Lamb

  • Lasagna Noodles

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Celery

  • Cheese (Mozerella, Havarti or Gouda)

  • Fresh Parsley

  • Seasoning: Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Cumin

Instructions:

  1. Make a lamb ragu. Add chopped celery, onion, and carrots to a pan with olive oil and season.

  2. Add lamb and season.

  3. Boiled water and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente.

  4. Layer the lamb ragu, noodles and cheese in a baking dish.

  5. Cook for 20-30 minutes at 350°.

  6. When done, let sit for at least 15 minutes.

  7. Serve with fresh parsley.
