Lamb Lassagna
Ingredients
Ground Lamb
Lasagna Noodles
Onion
Carrots
Celery
Cheese (Mozerella, Havarti or Gouda)
Fresh Parsley
Seasoning: Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Cumin
Instructions:
Make a lamb ragu. Add chopped celery, onion, and carrots to a pan with olive oil and season.
Add lamb and season.
Boiled water and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente.
Layer the lamb ragu, noodles and cheese in a baking dish.
Cook for 20-30 minutes at 350°.
When done, let sit for at least 15 minutes.
Serve with fresh parsley.
