Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
What you need:
Cellentani Pasta
Milk
Quality Cheddar Cheese
Butter
Instructions:
In a large pot, add water and 1 cup of milk.
Bring to a boil and add pasta.
While the pasta is cooking, slice or shred the cheese.
When the pasta is al dente, strain and set aside.
Butter a square baking dish or cast iron skillet.
Layer in this order:
Cheese
Pasta
Cheese
Butter
Top with more cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes.
