Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Cellentani Pasta

  • Milk

  • Quality Cheddar Cheese

  • Butter

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, add water and 1 cup of milk.

  2. Bring to a boil and add pasta.

  3. While the pasta is cooking, slice or shred the cheese.

  4. When the pasta is al dente, strain and set aside.

  5. Butter a square baking dish or cast iron skillet.

  6. Layer in this order:

    1. Cheese

    2. Pasta

    3. Cheese

    4. Butter

  7. Top with more cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes.
