Salted Snapper

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Whole Snapper

  • Salt - 4 cups

  • Water

Instructions:

  1. Clean your fish with half-sliced lemone lemon. Remove any scales.

  2. Let dry on a baking sheet.

  3. Add 4 cups of salt to a bowl.

  4. Add water until a paste is formed.  

  5. Cover the entire fish with the salt paste. 

  6. Bake or grill at 350° for 30-40 minutes. 

  7. The salt should have formed a solid coating.

  8. Remove the coating with a spoon. It should come off in pieces. 

  9. Slowly fillet and serve.
