Salted Snapper
Ingredients
What you need:
Whole Snapper
Salt - 4 cups
Water
Instructions:
Clean your fish with half-sliced lemone lemon. Remove any scales.
Let dry on a baking sheet.
Add 4 cups of salt to a bowl.
Add water until a paste is formed.
Cover the entire fish with the salt paste.
Bake or grill at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
The salt should have formed a solid coating.
Remove the coating with a spoon. It should come off in pieces.
Slowly fillet and serve.
