Shrimp Kabobs
Ingredients
What you need:
Shrimp
Zucchini
Peppers
Onions
Olive Oil with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion salt.
Instructions:
Slice zucchini, onions and peppers
Slide the veggies and shrimp onto kabob sticks. Use 2 if necessary.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil and seasoning. Brush the olive oil mixture on the kabobs.
Grill the kabobs for a few minutes on each side
Serve with pita bread or rice.
