Shrimp Kabobs

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Shrimp

  • Zucchini

  • Peppers 

  • Onions

  • Olive Oil with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion salt.

  • Instructions:

  1. Slice zucchini, onions and peppers

  2. Slide the veggies and shrimp onto kabob sticks. Use 2 if necessary.

  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and seasoning. Brush the olive oil mixture on the kabobs.

  4. Grill the kabobs for a few minutes on each side

  5. Serve with pita bread or rice.
