Mayo-Free Potato Salad
Ingredients
What you need:
Potatoes
Herbs: Basil, parsley or thyme.
Brown Mustard
Apple Cider Vinegar
Olive oil
Sour cream
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Bake the potatoes for about 45 minutes. You can also microwave (3 minutes on each side) or boil them (20-30 minutes).
Mash the potatoes leaving them chunky.
Add all other ingredients and fold together.
