Mayo-Free Potato Salad

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Potatoes 

  • Herbs: Basil, parsley or thyme.

  • Brown Mustard

  • Apple Cider Vinegar  

  • Olive oil 

  • Sour cream 

  • Salt & pepper

  • Instructions:

  1. Bake the potatoes for about 45 minutes. You can also microwave (3 minutes on each side) or boil them (20-30 minutes). 

  2. Mash the potatoes leaving them chunky. 

  3. Add all other ingredients and fold together.
