Shrimp Mac
Ingredients
What you need:
Shrimp with shells and heads
Cheese: Sharp Cheddar, Pepper jack, Smoked Gouda
Elbow Pasta
Greek Yogurt
Cream Cheese
Butter
Seasonings: Old Bay
Instructions:
Remove the shells and heads from the shrimp and devein.
Fill a pot halfway with water. Bring to a boil and turn the heat down.
Add shrimp heads and shells
Cook for 10 minutes
Add pasta to the pot. Cook until el dente
Strain and remove the shells & heads.
Cut the shrimp into smaller pieces, sear for 1 minute, and remove from heat.
In the bowl, add the pasta, cheese, butter, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and old bay, Fold together until all the ingredients are mixed well.
Add the mixture to a cast iron or baking dish.
Bake for about 20 minutes or air fry for 10 minutes or until the top is brown and bubbly.
