Sydney’s Omelette
Ingredients
What you need:
2 eggs
Boursin Cheese
Utz Ruffle Sour Cream & Onion Chips
Chives
Butter
Seasonings: Salt, Black Pepper
Instructions:
Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt.
Add butter to a hot non-stick pan.
Add the eggs to the pan and gently scramble just a little. You should still see the eggs set.
In the middle of the omelette, add Boursin cheese.
Gently fold the omelette on both sides.
Plate and top with black pepper, chives & crushed Utz Sour Cream chips.
