Turkey Sausage

Ingredients

  • Ground Turkey

  • Peppers of Your Choice (Red, Green, Jalepeño)

  • Seasoning: Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Cayenne

Instructions:

  1. Sauté the peppers with olive oil and season.

  2. Let the peppers cool and add to ground turkey. Fold together so the peppers are evenly mixed.

  3. Season well.

  4. Form into thin patties.

  5. Cook evenly on each side.

  6. These are great for breakfast. You can freeze and save for future meals.
