Roasted Turkey Loin

Ingredients

  • Turkey Loin or Breast with Bone

  • Pickle Juice

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

  • Peppers

  • Seasoning: Salt and Trader Joes Chili Lime Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Brine the turkey in pickle juice, salt and water for at least 8 hours.

  2. Season with chili lime seasoning.

  3. In a roasting pan, add the turkey, chopped potatoes, carrots and peppers.

  4. Cover and bake at 290° for 1-1.5 hours.

  5. Slice and serve.
