Braised Turnips & Carrots
Ingredients
What you need:
Broth
Turnips
Carrots
Smoked Salt
Olive Oil
Optional: Herbs of your choice
Instructions:
Cut the turnips and carrots.
Bring a pot of broth to a boil.
Turn the heat down and add the turnips. Cook for 12-15 minutes.
Remove the turnips and add the carrots. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
Add both turnips and carrots to a large bowl. Add olive oil and season to taste. I used smoked salt from My Fork in the Road.
