Candied Almonds
Ingredients
What you need:
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Butter
Cayenne (optional)
Water
Baking Sheet lined with parent paper
Instructions:
In a non-stick pan, add water, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, Bourbon, and cayenne.
Cook until the liquid is thick and bubbly.
Add almonds. Cook on low for 5 minutes.
Spray the parent paper with cooking spray.
Slowly pour almonds onto the baking sheet.
Sprinkle a little more brown sugar.
Let cool for 30 minutes.
