Breakfast Hash
Ingredients
What you need:
Potatoes (any kind)
Peppers (red, yellow, orange)
Jalepeños Peppers
Onions
Any other veggies
Garlic
Olive Oil
Seasonings: Salt, Cayenne, Green Goddess Seasoning
If you use sweet potatoes, feel free to add fruit like plums or apples
Instructions:
Chop potatoes into small-medium pieces.
Add onions and potatoes to a frying pan with olive oil.
After cooking potatoes for about 15 minutes, add garlic and all peppers.
Stir and season with herbs, salt
Cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Serve with avocado or eggs
