Breakfast Hash

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Potatoes (any kind)

  • Peppers (red, yellow, orange)

  • Jalepeños Peppers

  • Onions

  • Any other veggies

  • Garlic

  • Olive Oil

  • Seasonings: Salt, Cayenne, Green Goddess Seasoning

    If you use sweet potatoes, feel free to add fruit like plums or apples

Instructions:

  1. Chop potatoes into small-medium pieces.

  2. Add onions and potatoes to a frying pan with olive oil.

  3. After cooking potatoes for about 15 minutes, add garlic and all peppers.

  4. Stir and season with herbs, salt

  5. Cook for another 5-10 minutes.

  6. Serve with avocado or eggs
