Crockpot Lamb

Ingredients

What you need:

Slow Cooked Lamb & Colorful Deviled Eggs

  • Leg of Lamb

  • Red Wine

  • Crockpot

  • Olive Oil

  • Seasonings: Season Salt, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Red Pepper Flakes, Black Pepper, Salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the seasonings in a bowl with olive oil.

  2. Rub the seasoning mixture over the lamb.

  3. Refrigerate to marinate overnight.

  4. Put the lamb in the slow cooker and pour 2 cups of red wine into the crockpot. Add water or broth to completely cover the lamb.

  5. Cook on low for 5-7 hours.

  6. For extra texture, sear in a hot cast iron pan.
