Crockpot Lamb
Ingredients
What you need:
Leg of Lamb
Red Wine
Crockpot
Olive Oil
Seasonings: Season Salt, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Red Pepper Flakes, Black Pepper, Salt
Instructions:
Combine all the seasonings in a bowl with olive oil.
Rub the seasoning mixture over the lamb.
Refrigerate to marinate overnight.
Put the lamb in the slow cooker and pour 2 cups of red wine into the crockpot. Add water or broth to completely cover the lamb.
Cook on low for 5-7 hours.
For extra texture, sear in a hot cast iron pan.
