Clam Bucatini
Ingredients
What you need:
Fresh or Canned Clams
Clam Broth (see steamed clam recipe)
Bucatini Pasta
Butter
Flour
Instructions:
Make a roux by melting butter and adding flour. Whisk until smooth.
Slowly add clam broth. Add a little at a time. The broth will thicken a little and become a sauce.
Boil bucatini until al dente.
Transfer the bucatini from the boiling water to the sauce. Add clams.
Stir and serve.
