Instructions:

  1. Make a roux by melting butter and adding flour. Whisk until smooth.

  2. Slowly add clam broth. Add a little at a time. The broth will thicken a little and become a sauce.

  3. Boil bucatini until al dente.

  4. Transfer the bucatini from the boiling water to the sauce. Add clams.

  5. Stir and serve.
