Crawfish Boil

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Crawfish

  • Shrimp

  • Corn

  • Smoked Sausage

  • Potatoes

  • Old Bay Seasoning

  • Tony Chachare’s Creole Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Add water to a large pot. Fill about halfway.

  2. Season the water with Old Bay & Creole seasoning.

  3. Boil for about 15 minutes and taste the water. If it’s bland, add more seasoning. If it’s too salty, add water.

  4. Add potatoes to the pot. Cook for 15 minutes.

  5. Add corn and sausage. Cook for 10 minutes.

  6. Add shrimp and crawfish. Cook for 2 minutes and turn the fire off.

  7. Leave the pot closed for about 3 minutes.

  8. Serve on a tray or spread along a table.
