Easter Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
What you need:
Eggs
Relish
Mustard
Mayonaise
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Food Coloring
Instructions:
Add cold water to a pot
Add the eggs & bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat and cover.
Set a timer for about 12 minutes.
Remove the eggs and add them to an ice bath.
Peel the shells and cut the eggs in half.
Remove the yolks and add them to a bowl.
In the bowl with the yolks, add mustard, mayo, relish, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
Add the coloring of your choice to separate bowls. Add 1 or 2 egg whites to each bowl. In about 3 minutes, the egg whites become a bright color.
Let the colorful egg whites dry and use a piping bag or spoon to add the yolk filling.
Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
