Ingredients
What you need:
Green Tomatoes
Cornmeal
Flour
Parmesan Cheese
2 eggs
Kale
Seasonings: Salt, Cayenne
Instructions:
Slice the green tomato.
Add vegetable oil to a frying pan.
Set up a dredging station:
Flour
Egg (beaten with a little salt and hot sauce)
Cornmeal and parmesan
Dip the tomato slices in each section.
Fry the slices until golden brown. 2-3 minutes.
Season fried green tomatoes with salt and cayenne.
Fry 1 egg at your desired style.
Sauté a few large pieces of kale.
Add kale, fried green tomato, and egg to a toasted bun.
