Tomato Toast

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Heirloom Tomatoes

  • A thick hearty bread (French, Multigrain, Sourdough)

  • Fresh Basil

  • Garlic

  • Burrata

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread. 

  2. Butter the sliced bread and spread garlic.

  3. Slice the tomatoes.

  4. On the bread, lay the tomatoes, spoon the burrata & add basil.

  5. Feel free to top with olive oil.
