Tumeric-Marinated Cod

Inspired by Everyone’s Table Cookbook by Gregory Gourdet

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Cod

  • Tumeric (Recipe called for fresh but I used powder)

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

  • Dill

  • Cilantro

  • Jalapenos

  • Mustard Greens

  • Fish Sauce

  • Shallots

Instructions:

  1. Blend together the ginger, garlic, shallots, Tumeric, and fish sauce.

  2. Coat the cod in the mixture.

  3. Marinate 4 hours - 24 hours.

  4. Sauté mustard greens & jalapenos in garlic, and broth for about 10 minutes.

  5. Preheat the broiler. I can imagine an air fryer would work well too.

  6. Broil the cod for 8-10 minutes

  7. Plate a bed of mustard greens & jalapenos with the fish on top.

  8. Nestle in the dill and cilantro.

  9. Add more butter and broth if needed.

  10. Serve with your favorite veggie. I seared broccolini.
