Tumeric-Marinated Cod
Ingredients
What you need:
Cod
Tumeric (Recipe called for fresh but I used powder)
Ginger
Garlic
Dill
Cilantro
Jalapenos
Mustard Greens
Fish Sauce
Shallots
Instructions:
Blend together the ginger, garlic, shallots, Tumeric, and fish sauce.
Coat the cod in the mixture.
Marinate 4 hours - 24 hours.
Sauté mustard greens & jalapenos in garlic, and broth for about 10 minutes.
Preheat the broiler. I can imagine an air fryer would work well too.
Broil the cod for 8-10 minutes
Plate a bed of mustard greens & jalapenos with the fish on top.
Nestle in the dill and cilantro.
Add more butter and broth if needed.
Serve with your favorite veggie. I seared broccolini.
