Lamb Stew
Ingredients
What you need:
Boneless Lamb Stew Meat
Carrots
Potatoes
Leeks
Fennel
Chicken Stock
Red wine
Flour
Butter
Seasonings - Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Season the lamb meat and coat with flour. Set aside.
Melt butter to a pot, add the lamb meat to sear. Cook for 5 minutes and add carrots and potatoes.
Season and cook for 10-15 minutes minutes.
Slowly add chicken broth and red wine.
Season and cook for 45 minutes - 1 hour on low heat. Be sure to taste periodically.
If the stew is too thin, mix corn starch in a bowl with water and add it to the stew.
