Lamb Stew

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Boneless Lamb Stew Meat

  • Carrots

  • Potatoes

  • Leeks

  • Fennel

  • Chicken Stock

  • Red wine

  • Flour

  • Butter

  • Seasonings - Salt & Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Season the lamb meat and coat with flour. Set aside.

  2. Melt butter to a pot, add the lamb meat to sear. Cook for 5 minutes and add carrots and potatoes.

  3. Season and cook for 10-15 minutes minutes.

  4. Slowly add chicken broth and red wine.

  5. Season and cook for 45 minutes - 1 hour on low heat. Be sure to taste periodically.

  6. If the stew is too thin, mix corn starch in a bowl with water and add it to the stew.
