Mushrooms & Malbec

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Mushrooms. I used baby portobello and chanterelle.

  • Pasta

  • Olive Oil

  • Broth

  • Seasonings: Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Chop the mushrooms. Add them to a pan with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Cook the mushrooms for about 5 minutes.

  3. Slowly add chicken or vegetable broth. You can add milk or cheese for a creamier texture. Simmer for about 15 minutes.

  4. Boil pasta. When al dente, add the pasta to the pan with the mushrooms. Stir to coat the pasta.

  5. Remove from heat and top with Italian seasoning.
