Texas Lamb Tacos
Ingredients
What you need:
Lamb (Shoulder or chop)
Corn tortillas
Broth (enough to cover the lamb)
Red wine - 1 cup
Brewed coffee - 1/2 cup
Taco Seasoning: Salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder
Instructions:
Use the taco seasoning to flavor the lamb.
Cook the mushrooms for about 5 minutes.
Brown the lamb on both sides.
Add broth, red wine, and coffee.
Cook for 40 min - 1 hour
Char the corn tortillas. Place 1 tortilla on your gas burner. Turn on the flame. Remove with tongs when you see your desired char.
Build the taco of your choice. I used avocado, tomatoes, and cilantro.
