Baked Porgy
Ingredients
What you need:
Whole Porgy Fish
Olive Oil
Seasonings: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Mustard Powder, Black pepper, Parsley
Instructions:
Clean, scale, and gut the fish. Be sure to scare the head too. The cheeks have good meat.
In a bowl mix all the seasonings with olive oil until smooth.
Massage the seasoning mix on the fish and in the cavity.
Add peppers and onions.
Bake the fish at 400° for about 20-30 minutes.
Serve whole with rice and more veggies.
