Chicken Cheesesteak Eggrolls

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Frozen Chicken Cheesesteaks or any chicken

  • Green Peppers

  • Onions

  • Eggroll Wrappers

  • Cheese of your choice

  • Vegetable Oil

  • Seasonings: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt & Pepper

  • Instructions:

  1. Add sliced green peppers and onions to a frying pan with oil with medium heat.

  2. Season the chicken and add to the pan.

  3. Cook until the chicken is done.

  4. Let cool.

  5. Lay out the egg roll wrappers. Add the chicken filling with cheese and fold like an envelope. Use a little water to seal.

  6. Heat oil in the frying pan to 350.

  7. Place the eggrolls in the hot oil with the seal side down. Flip on all sides until golden brown.
