Kamala’s Chicken & Chablis

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Chicken Thighs

  • Mushrooms

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 Potatoe

  • Olive Oil

  • Seasoning: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder

  • Instructions:

  1. Heat the grill or oven at 300 degrees.

  2. Slice mushrooms, onions and potatoes. Add them to a baking dish.

  3. Clean the chicken and season well with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

  4. Place the chicken on top of the sliced veggies in the baking dish.

  5. Bake for about 1 hour.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite side.
